Jim Ferullo comes to us after 25 years in the petroleum industry where he last held the position of Director for the Southeast while employed at Empire Petroleum, a Maryland based corporation with over 500 locations in 12 states.
He and Randi, his wife have been residents of Spruce Creek since 2000. Their parents, the late Essie and Fred Lingenfelser had lived here for over 38 years. Jim and Randi have two children: Steven who lives in Ormond Beach and Nick who recently joined the armed forces.
Jim has a background in commercial real estate in addition to mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, valuations and financing. Jim’s business acumen will be useful as he adds commercial real estate services to our successful residential firm. Jim enjoys playing basketball, golfing, photography and music. His low key and easy going attitude will help make your real estate experience productive, fun and enjoyable.
